The Service is owned and operated by EVRIUS s.r.o ("CryptoSkill", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use or access the App or Website.

CryptoSkill offers a cryptocurrency trading simulator, educational articles, and the latest crypto and financial news. Users can practice trading strategies in a simulated environment, read educational content, and stay informed on market updates. CryptoSkill App is for informational and educational purposes only and does not involve real financial transactions or investment advice.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account ("Account"). You are responsible for all activity under your Account and must ensure the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account.
CryptoSkill offers different subscription models:
Certain features are available on a subscription basis, and you authorize payment providers to charge applicable fees to the payment method you provide. Subscription fees may change, and we will notify you in advance of any price changes. If you do not wish to accept the new fees, you can cancel the subscription before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after the price change indicates acceptance of the new fees.
If you fail to pay the applicable fees, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service. You are responsible for managing your subscription and payments.

The App, including all trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by EVRIUS s.r.o. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on a personal, non-commercial basis, provided you comply with these Terms.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App. You are also prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works of the App or any part of the Service without prior written consent from us.
All cryptocurrency logos and trademarks used within this application are solely for educational and informational purposes. The inclusion of these logos does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship between our application and the respective companies or trademark holders. We do not claim ownership of any cryptocurrency logos displayed in this application, and these logos remain the property of their respective owners.
The visual representations (logos) of Bitcoin (BTC), Aave (AAVE), and Litecoin (LTC) are included in compliance with their respective licensing and usage policies:
