This End-User License Agreement ("EULA" or "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and CryptoSkill. This EULA governs your acquisition and use of the CryptoSkill application ("Software"), which is owned and operated by EVRIUS s.r.o ("CryptoSkill," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Czech Republic, with its registered office at Kaprova 42/14, Old Town, 110 00 Prague 1, Prague, Czech Republic.
Please read this Agreement carefully before installing or using the CryptoSkill Software.
BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE AND SHOULD UNINSTALL IT IMMEDIATELY.
This EULA applies to all versions of the CryptoSkill Software, including any updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services, unless different terms are provided for those services. If you are using a free trial of the Software, this Agreement also governs the trial period.
This EULA must be read together with the CryptoSkill Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and Privacy Policy ("Policy"), available at Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, respectively. Unless otherwise stated, terms used in this Agreement have the same meaning as in the Terms.
The Software is licensed, not sold. CryptoSkill grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, and revocable license to download, install, and use the CryptoSkill Software ("License") only as permitted by this Agreement, the Terms, and the Privacy Policy. This License allows you to use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not use the Software for any other purpose without our prior written consent. Your rights to use the Software are limited and subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. You may only use the Software as expressly permitted in this Agreement. All other rights are reserved by CryptoSkill.
You are permitted to access the Service only through interfaces and protocols authorized by CryptoSkill. Unauthorized access methods, such as using unlicensed software clients, are prohibited.
CryptoSkill Software, including any code, images, photographs, logos, animations, video, audio, text, and other proprietary components (collectively "Content"), are the intellectual property of EVRIUS s.r.o and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Software’s structure, organization, and code are considered valuable trade secrets.
Your possession, installation, and use of the Software does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Software, remain with EVRIUS s.r.o.
If you provide feedback, comments, or suggestions regarding the Software, CryptoSkill may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

Any commercial use of the Software is prohibited unless you enter into a separate agreement with CryptoSkill. For inquiries about commercial use, please contact us at [email protected].
You must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Software.
You are responsible for the equipment, software, Internet access, and communication networks needed to use the CryptoSkill Software. CryptoSkill is not liable for delays or service failures due to equipment or network issues outside our control.
If CryptoSkill offers technical support during the License term, such support is provided at our discretion and without any guarantee or warranty. You are responsible for backing up your data before requesting technical support. If a technical issue exceeds the scope of available support, CryptoSkill may discontinue support at its discretion.
CryptoSkill provides the Software "as is" and without any warranties, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your expectations or function without interruption or errors. We do not guarantee the Software is free from viruses or other harmful components.
You assume all risks associated with using the Software, including any data loss or errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoSkill disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
CryptoSkill is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or inability to use the Software. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed thirty dollars ($30.00), regardless of the cause of action.
If the Software is bundled with third-party software, the terms of use for that software will govern your use of it. Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under those third-party licenses.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Czech Republic, and any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Czech Republic.
CryptoSkill reserves the right to modify or update this EULA at any time. The revised terms will automatically apply to any future versions of the Software distributed with the updated Agreement.
This EULA is effective upon your first use of the Software and will continue until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying CryptoSkill in writing. The Agreement will also terminate immediately if you breach any terms.
Upon termination, your License to use the Software ends, and you must cease using the Software and uninstall it. Provisions that by their nature survive termination will remain in effect.
